Dad taught me how to change the oil filter in his car the other day. It was great fun; I love getting all dirty like that (as long as I can take a shower soon after). But, man, I was a mess!! The screw/bolt thing was being uncooperative; Dad couldn't even get it off. We ended up stripping the points off before it loosened. Thus, when trying to get it off, I was bracing myself against the bottom of the car, smearing black marks all down my arm. I took pictures. =)
Otherwise, not much else going on. I'm anxiously awaiting the end of July- quit work and go to camp!! I have done absolutely nothing this summer. The occasional thing with my friends, but not much. All I've done is work, work, work. I've even stayed home on weekends because there's nothing to do. I was going to go to Knott's on Wednesday, but all my friends bailed on me. Boo. Whine, whone, whine. But only 3 more weeks until camp. =D Wow. Sure is coming up quickly. That means it's a little over 8 weeks until school starts again. Good heavens. I think I'm ready for it to start again. I jst want to have some FUN before. Which I will when August comes around.
Well, this post was a downer. Apologies. I'm going to go run now before it gets too hot. Have a great weekend! =)

Yay feminism! I'm glad you guys don't need boys to do your dirty work for you. :) Unfortunately, I am lame, so I still do...
I don't mind help with my car personally. I have to admit that I couldn't get my hood open today . . . but I'll also mention that the mechanic who was trying to fix my car couldn't either. I think he'll try more drastic measures when I'm not around.
