I've never really done much for Halloween, so it really doesn't mean much to me. Some people around here are dressed up mighty strange. Janelle and I got into our comfies and watched (another) movie instead of going to the party in the caf. Last night we watched What About Bob? with Bill Murray. It's a good movie to watch later at night when you're tired and in a slightly hysterical mood. *False alarm. False alarm.* That's the best part.

Janelle's sister Rachel came to visit this weekend. She is absolutely hysterical! Her facial expressions are awesome! So now I've met the whole fam (including aunt, uncle, and cousin) except her twin. However, Janelle is trying to get Julianne to come down for Julianne's spring break, or just sometime in the spring so we can meet her. Those girls are so awesome!! I am so blessed to have Janelle as a roommate!

We had a nice evening together. After our homework (aren't we good??), we painted our toenails really cool colors. Hopefully it's warm tomorrow so I can wear flip-flops. =)
We didn't end up going to church today (whoops), so we did devotions together. We both read My Utmost for His Highest by Oswald Chambers (highly recommended), so we read that and the passage-of-the-day in my one year Bible, and prayed together.
Then we got some fruit and cookies from the caf to take back to accompany dinner, which was reheated pizza from last night. I love Papa Murphy's! It's so yummy!
So it was good times tonight. =)

OH! Get this!! My sister has all the luck. It's so not fair. *pouts* She told me yesterday that she got to drive a PT Cruiser. Yeah. A Cruiser. No, I can't believe it either. For heaven's sake people, she's only 14! She doesn't even have her permit yet!! And she drove a PT?? Hello??? Aren't you aware of the danger your car is in??? The nicest thing I've driven is a Pontiac Grand Am and a Toyota Camry. Big whoop. (No offense to Dad and Grandma.) But good grief, a PT Cruiser??? Without a permit?? What is this world coming to. For clarification she only drove it in a parking lot. But still. The moral of the story is the same. AND! She didn't even get in trouble. If I had done that, I wouldn't have lived too see this day. I guess that's what happens when you're the oldest. No privileges. *sigh* Oh well. Someday I'll have my nice car.
Speaking of which, someone here has my dream car. It's a gross color, but it could be repainted red quite easily. I'm not sure if I want to share what it is... it's not very stylish. It's not a 'Vette or Lamburgini (sp??) or anything fancy shmancy like that. But I love it. It's what I've always wanted. Any guesses??

I am really bored right now. I guess I could go to bed. But it's early- only 10:30! It's weird how time is all relative. If I was home, it would be "late" (at least by my mom's standards). I would be heading off to bed. Now, it's early. "What? Only 10:30? I can still do some homework! Or watch a movie!" Funny how things change...

So I think I'll go to bed. I could use the extra sleep. I don't need to be getting sick.

Hey, it's YOUR dream car, don't be ashamed. I have two--a Mini *grin* and a black '67 Camaro SS...excuse me while I go clean up my drool...
My dream car is whatever car I drive away from my wedding in. =)
I think I'm justified in reviving the much-used phrase from 4th grade: GAG ME WITH A SPOON.
Is your dream car a 1976 olds full bodied wagon. Sorta like this one?

-TAB-
Not quite, TAB. But you're sort of close to the year... kinda. =)
Ok, never mind. You're not close to the year. Cate is closer.
And Cate, do you still have your Open Diary account? You don't seem to be linked to beck's blog anymore.
It's Lamborghini. Trust me, I know. :)
Doug
Ok, everyone. Here it is. http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/634339 Isn't it totally awesome???? SO if anywants wants to buy Stephanator a car, this is the one to buy.
And sorry, Doug. I'm not impressed with pics of the Lamborghini (sp).
What are you talking about? That car rocks!
Beck, are you talking about the Lamborghini or "my" car? Of course my car rocks! ;) But my point was, it's not a stylish sports car that *every*one else seems to like. So yeah. No sports car for Stephanator. Though she would happily take one if given to her. Why is she talking in third person?
Beck says that Steph's car is cool. Beck still doesn't know what her true dream car is because she believes in functionality. If it makes sense for her to have a truck, then she'll buy the coolest truck. If, however, she'd use a BMW more, then she has a dream BMW.
