Choose Life!

Lassen went well this year, at least in my opinion. I was a counselor again this year, which was fun, though the week isn't as relaxing as it once was. That's ok, though. A couple of us also headed up the music, which caused some additional stress, but it all worked out well in the end.
Highlights of my week:
*Volleyball (duh)
*PM snack time (hot chocolate and quesadillas, anyone?)
*A little H2H w/ a fabulous friend of mine... I miss her already!

The theme of camp was very good this year (though I liked last year's better). Someone brought up the interesting point that each speaker took the same topic and went different directions with it. This provided a very well-rounded learning experience, and challenged me, at least, to choose how I live rather than just let life "happen."

So school starts in 4 weeks from today. I was looking over my class schedule, and I do believe I'm going to have to switch around some classes so as to fit in my internship. *sigh* These next two semesters had better work out! I'm excited to go back, though; I miss my friends and the excitement of doing random things! However, our little ID/WA vaca comes first, and I'm looking forward to seeing my relatives as well as Katy and other WA friends.
