So this afternoon, some of my friends and I were talking to some (50- 70 year old) men who lived in a trailer park. Long story as to why we were doing this; I'll explain some other time.
Back to the story.
We were having a nice little chat with these guys, and suddenly, in the middle of the conversation, one of them cuts off and says to me, "Honey, how tall are you?"
I am totally thrown off. "Uh, I'm 5'2"."
He looks at me in shock. "Dear, you look no more than 4'11"!"
Hmph.
I tried to make excuses like, "I'm standing on the down slope", but he didn't buy it. I guess I must look a heck of a lot shorter than I feel.

Well, Dad laughed hysterically, so he appreciated it.
Don't worry steph, we don't think of you any differently even if you do only look 4'11".
