They work quite well in the day-scheduling department. For the past 3 days, I have been scheduling exactly when I need to do everything. For instance, here is my schedule for tomorrow:
* Get up (7:00)
* Shower
* Eat breakfast at the cafeteria (8:00)
* Read chapters 9/10 of Social Work (8:30-9:30)
* Chapel (9:40-10:20)
* Human bio class (10:40-11:40)
* Lunch
- review bio notes for the week
- do statistics homework
* Stats class (1:00-2:00)
* Start human bio paper
* PowderPuff practice (4:00)
* Dinner (after PowderPuff)
* More bio
* Prayer group (7:00)
* More bio
* LOST!!! (9:00-10:00)
* Intramural volleyball (10:30-??)
* BED
Yikes. It's great that the profs are nice and make everything due before Thanksgiving so we don't have it hanging over our heads during break, but when ALL the profs do that, it makes the week before break rather stressful. I also have a paper due Thursday, but thankfully I was on top of that and finished it last week. I also have to finish up a 250-500 word essay by Thursday/Friday. Oh, and a problem set and extra problems for stats is due Friday. Welcome to my life as of late. =)
Well, I'm going to bed, even though it's only 11:00. I'm going to bed early for once! Amazing! Sadly, I will be getting up at 7:00. Ah well.
OH! Guess what??!? I'm going to New Orleans over spring break! My school put together a mission team to help out those in the devastated areas. It will be interesting to say the least. We're sleeping on cots in tents... and everyone knows how thrilled I am with camping. They also told us to bring lots and lots and lots of hand sanitizer because we may not be washing our hands very much. Which means showers will be non-existant for a week. Yikes. But as The Little Engine That Could said:

And I will. So there. =) But I'm really excited about it. If I hadn't had school, I probably would have joined the Red Cross to go down there anyway, so this is great. And it's cheap too, so that's even better.

250-500 word essay by thursday or friday? you should be able to do that. I just did a 2000 word research paper on socrates in about 4 days. I kinda forgot about it till right before it was due. oops. i hope i get good grade on it. i hate writing.
