School has been going well, though I can't wait for the semester to end because it's been so hectic. I feel that I haven't stopped frantically running around since the semester started. It will be SO good to relax over Christmas break. I'm looking forward to getting some sleep.
Thanksgiving break went well, it was good to see the family again. My family and my cousins went over to Grandma's house for Thanksgiving day. We had fun hanging out and playing poker. =) I also got to see my best friend Sarah- yay! I've really missed her. We had a great time sitting in the sun outside Starbuck's and just talking.
So it snowed here at school yesterday. Yes, snowed. It came down pretty hard, too; some of it is still left. I doubt there will be any by tomorrow morning, but it was fun while it lasted. Don't worry- I took pictures. =) It was pretty weird to be out playing volleyball in the sun on Saturday, and two days later be in the snow.
I have a busy week ahead of me. Lots of reading. Lots and lots and lots of reading. But I am going to concentrate on my homework these next two weeks to finish the semester strong.
Oh, any suggestions on proverb-type phrases? Example: A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush. We have to report 3 in class on Thursday, and I can't think of any. Arg.
