Yup, I love my school. To give us Friday and Monday off for Columbus Day?? I think they're crazy. But hey- I'm not complaining!
Janelle and I drove down to SF Thursday afternoon, having an uneventful drive. San Francisco traffic is absolutely insane! I have never experienced the like. Double parking in the middle of a major street- I mean, who does that? But the buildings are really cool, and Janelle's sister's apartment is so cute!! I want to live in an apartment like that. It's a very old building with floral carpet (huge flowers!), Spanish-type walls and banisters, and pine trees and elk etched in the wooden doors. Oh, and you can't forget the ancient elevator.
Danny picked me up in SF to drive down to Fremont. I did homework for most of today, accomplishing very little. I'm going to have to keep plugging away at it this weekend. *sigh*
We're planning on going to see the Blue Angels tomorrow at Fleet Week, so that will be fun. Right now, I'm just chilling with Caitie while Tim and Danny work on cars.
So I will get back to chilling. Happy Columbus Day! =)

That's funny, you drove right past me; my ship was at fleet week, though I, unfortunately, couldn't go. By the way, next time we play Simpson we will beat them.
