Bad Blogger

Yes, that would be me.

Lots of fun and not-so-fun stuff has been going on this week:
*classes
*homework
*disco skate night
*floor mtgs.
*training for work
*watching last season of LOST
*going to Oregon for the Shakespeare festival

Classes:
Classes have been going well. Stats is my most difficult class, but I think I'll survive. Social work and social psych are a blast, I can't wait to get rolling on those. Human bio is fun too because Pam is AWESOME. American Lit has actually been fun too.

Homework:
It's not overwhelming. =D

Disco Skate Night:
Fun, fun, FUN!! I am so glad I went. Where people get some of these outfits, I'll never know. Let me add that I hope guys' short shorts never, ever come back into style.

Floor Meeting:
Same as usual. Introduce yourself, where you're from, blah blah. We have a fun floor, though. It's going to be a blast.

Training for Work:
BOOOORING!! I hate work. I really don't want to go back. Plus, the new guy is really obnoxious. And guess what nights he works- yup, same as mine. It's going to be a long year...

LOST:
WHAT a good show!! I've only watched the 2nd and 3rd discs, so I'm not sure if I even want to start the new season on Wednesday. I shouldn't. That's the only weeknight I have free. But it's only an hour long once a week. It would be a great study break. Oh, decisions, decisions.

Oregon:
Cate, TAB, Chris, and I drove up to Oregon this weekend so Cate and I could attend the Shakespeare festival. They spent the night here at school on Friday night, then we drove up north Saturday mid-morning. We wandered around Ashland for a few hours before a yummy dinner of Garlic Chicken Pizza. Mmm-mm. Caitie and I then went to see Shakespeare's Love's Labor's Lost, which was very good. Despite the cold (it's an open-air theater-- and in Oregon of all places... brrr...), I really enjoyed it. Next year: The Importance of Being Earnest. =)
We spent the night at some friends of TAB's in Medford. The couple was very hospitable and kind. Many thanks to them!
I had a great time, it was a lot of fun to wander Ashland. It's a very interesting town. Very different from California. Or at least SoCal. A river runs through it and it is just so beautiful, making for lovely pictures and "hikes" along the trails running alongside. They also have an awesome swingset at a park. I love swinging. A swing is definitely on my What I Want In A House list.

Wish List:
This or this or this
Definitely this
Hopefully the links work. I hate it when they don't. Arg.

Well, that's all for now. Now for a new week!
