It is sure a lot more boring here than at school. I'm doing tons of stuff, but nothing I feel that is worthy of mention. But I'll highlight the interesting stuff I did this weekend:
*Went to the mall with Liz, Kendra, Daniella, and Abby to go dress shopping for Beck's wedding. I think I'm going to wear a dress I have here at home. I don't feel like spending money, and besides, the dress will match my corsage perfectly.
*Went to coffeehouse in BP. Good to see everyone, especially Karly. They're going to Europe this summer. Lucky!! Oh, DJRH was there too.
*Saw most the cousins at Grandma's house yesterday (Happy Mother's Day!).
*I'm getting over a cold, and my voice has completely left me. I haven't been able to talk much above a whisper since Sunday morning.
*I got my food handlers permit. SO. EASY. I think it's rather stupid that you have to take the test. Common sense is almost all it takes. Read the book to get some of the particular details they want you to know, but other than that, you can probably take it cold.
*First day of training for Juice It Up is today. Yikes. Hopefully I'm ready. I hope my inability to speak in normal volume won't be a hindrance.
*Because I work the morning shift at JIU, I am able to work Monday and Thursday evenings at EVFree. Yay! More money!!
*I still haven't seen Lance since last June. We have left/arrived town the day all year, one going out, while another comes in. It's so annoying. But we're working right across the freeway from each other. So he can come get a smoothie on break.
Well, that about sums up my exciting life here at home. Whoop de whoop. The most exciting thing right now is lunch...

*sigh* I keep forgetting to title my posts.
glad you got a job. um a no name title is better than a stupid sounding title.
hey! I lost my voice over the weekend too, oh how ironic. :) ooo, you got some jobs, hopefully you'll like em. I just got a job too. at an outdoor flower shop..it's pretty fun.:) ttfn
joanna:)
Don't worry, your lack of ability to speak in a normal tone will only help in that environment. A strong resounding voice is an asset.
